When it's hot out, I haven't found a seat yet that at stop lights, stand up and let some air move around.
I rode for most of three weeks this summer in 104 F to 122 F with a sheep skin on my seat and didn't have any trouble with heat or air movement.  It also kept the seat cooler while I was off the bike hunting down coffee or grabing something to eat.....worth every penny!
