The T's front tire is 130/80-18. Some are using the 130/70-18 front tire that is standard on Gold Wings, but that introduces another 4.1% error in the speedometer reading. Usually T's have a 3%-10% highside error to start with. Mine is 6%. Putting a smaller tire on the front just adds to the error.

For example, if you had a 6% error, at 65 mph as indicated by your speedometer, your real speed would be 61.1 mph. If you add the incorrect tire size error to that your real speed at an indicated 65 mph would be 58.5 mph. If you can live with that much error, the other factors are good including cheaper tires and good handling.
