alain, the trailer you're looking at may work, but to be safe, i'd sure go to the next biggest. the measurements you're talking about leaves you approximately 2" on each end. if the bike moves forward or back any at all, you'll be in trouble. if you're going to use new tie-down straps, they will stretch a little at first. a few more bucks for a bigger trailer will be nothing compared to the cost, not to mention the heartache, of repairing your new baby. have you given any thought to having it shipped? with gas prices what they are, plus whatever a trailer rental will cost, maybe an overnight stay, meals, etc. may be better off to have one shipped. just a thought, but you'll probably want to eye ball the bike in person before you finalize anyway. later, bud
