Mike I have a deal in the works with olddude. If something comes up you'll be second in line. The "teapot" is a resonator that sticks out into the muffler tip. They quiet the bike down alot, and look kinda ugly in my opinion. Alot of guys on the forum have opted to use a hole saw and drill the resonator out. It gives it a little louder sound, but keeps it much quieter that the jardines or vance and hines. FYI...Sorry I couldn't find a picture of the resonator in the pipe. This is what the resonator looks like and what the pipe looks like without it.

Hope that gives you a bit of an idea! Have a good one!
