I regret that due to some unforeseen circumstances, I do not see me having time to head up this rally. For the last month and for possibly the next several months, I will be taking care of my 88 year old mother's needs. She is not ill, though she may have had a minor stroke that left her with difficulty swallowing. Terry and I have spent the last 4 or 5 weeks looking for and placing her in a senior living home that we could afford. Besides running our business, teaching classes and making sure mom gets to doctor appointments, physical therapy and taking care of her financial responsibilities, I see no way of making the 7th annual rally a reality. I simply have too much to do. Terry and I have been getting 6 or less hours sleep a day with the current workload.

I apologize for putting you all in this situation this late in the game. I was waiting to see if the time restraints would ease up once she was placed in a home. Alas, that has not and likely will not happen for at least a while longer.

To whoever takes the reins: Please don't feel obligated to have the rally in July as I originally planned. From my point of view, July looks like it may not have been such a great idea anyway.
