I am still "playing" around with counter steering, but I am so totally impressed with how it works. What I don't like is my indecisiveness about which way I want to go into a turn. My thoughts are it should be all one way or the other. Do any of you guys do this? And if so, how do you decide within split seconds which way your going to go? Right now I try to gauge the amount of the turn to determine if I counter steer or just lean into the turn.

"just leaning" into a turn is BAD. It always has been bad, and always will be bad in motorcycling because the motorcycle much heavier than you are. It's definitely best to get into the habit of ALWAYS counter steering to turn, and then if you want to add some body lean into it you can. If you have two different ways of turning you have more of a tendency of freezing in a split second decision situation. Again "just leaning into a turn" is BAD. Not trying to pick you you Alapel, just trying to make you safer.
