A state is bound to accept any other state's license here in the USA. IF you are legal to ride in your home state (motorcycle endorsement or not) then you should be legal in any state.

I would say if your state for some reason does not require a motorcycle endorsement (I don't know if there are any that don't) then I would just carry a copy of your states license requirements that show that fact, just in case.

I kept my MC endorsement for 25 years by only taking the MC written test one time in all those years, and I didn't have a motorcycle during that time. When I got back on after all those years, I just got on and rode. The wife let her endorsement lapse, and took the MSF course to refresh.
