Just synchronized the carbs.
If you don't have the special tool for reaching the adjusting screw or a set of vacuum gauges you can try this.
The whole set up cost about $20.00
I bought a used gas tank from the local lawn mower repair shop for $5.00 . You may be able to just find a junked lawn mower . I needed a to remove the T tank so that I had plenty of room to work
The manometer consists of 12 ft of 1/8 inch inside diameter clear tubing and a yard stick and several plastic ties
I got the adapters for the engine from Mark Capron http://users.zoominternet.net/~capronem/manometer%20vacuum%20fittings.htm. Mark is cool he sends the parts then you send him payment after receiving the parts. He makes the adapters from steel 3/16 brake line and threads them to M5-.80
I used a piece of short vacuum hose between the adapter and the clear plastic hose just to keep the clear hose away from the engine. I joined the two hoses with plastic vacuum connector from the auto parts store.
My sync screw tool consists of a hacksaw blade with a 90 degree bend.
Just follow the directions in the manual
here's some pics and link to the manometer instructions C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\My Documents\Honda T\carb sync\$1_55 Carb Sync Tool by Marty Ignazito.mht
