Last Sat my wife and I went to St Augustine to see the annual start of the Christmas light celebration. As we were walking out of the parking lot we noticed 3 guys righting a GL1800. Older guy had let it slipover when he put his foot down on some gravel. The bike would not start. Plenty of gas etc but still starter ground but no start. Since I had back surgery on 11/11 I couldn't really help push it out of the way but he did have some others to help. I memtioned that I heard something about a 'bank angle sensor' on GL"s that shut the bike down if leaned over to a certain degree and told him it may be a problem but wasn't sure. After the lighting ceremony when we went back to the parking lot the GL wasn't where he had pushed it to so either the bike started or he found someone with a trailor. Do any of you know anything about this 'sensor'? Could I have been right? What does it take to 'reset' the sensor so you can restart? Just curious for future reference. TIA
