I am lucky in the fact I can ride my bike year around, except for the nastiest of days. But it does get cold in GA.

Besides changing my antifreeze, I did some mods that may interest some of you.
I made some hand deflectors using stainless tubing for brackets and attaching to my mirror mounts. I used cheap trash can for the actual deflectors, until I can find something that looks better. While I think these are ugly, they work fine and I'll be working to find a more attractive material.

I had some lexan, so I cut it to fit my crash bars. The white zip ties are just to see how it works, I have replaced since the photo with black zip ties. This really knocks the hard wind and water splash off my feet and legs. Best thing is, they remove quickly for good weather and install in just a minute with new zip ties.

As a bonus, I replaced my CWI driver's backrest pad with a new one. The original was worn out.
