Here's how it all started.
I couldn't see the level of the coolant in the reserve tank, so off I go to buy some and top it off.
Added a little, still couldn't see it. Kept adding and not seeing it until it overflowed. I loosened the filler tube and drained little off, but after running it for a few minutes, I've developed a leak. It appears to be from under the cap on the filler neck.
First... shouldn't you be able to see the level in the tank?
Second, do I need to worry about draining it down to the 'hi' mark or is it ok just to leave it pretty much slam full?
Sorry for the rookie questions, but I don't want to chance screwing something up either.
