unfortunately, this year was my 45 year class reunion and it fell on a weekend that i had planned a bike event trip, so i stopped for a brief time and visited
with a few old friends and teachers. the teacher here is david doctorian, who was one of my favorites and he later became a missouri senator. think one of the
reasons i liked him so much, he had a '55 ford convertible with continental kit, cruiser skirts, wide whites, and loud dual exhaust. i just drooled over
that car in high school. at the reunion he told me he later sold it to a fellow and he totaled it a week later!
other pics are of a couple vehicles my brother and i built. the high wheeler is a replica of a car our dad had back in the 50's when he dealt in antique cars. the black one we tried to duplicate of henry fords first vehicle, the quadracycle. had a lot of fun doing them. i did the wood work and painting and my brother did the mechanics. he shows them in parades, etc.
my brother was in the service station business for over 40 years, so has collected a lot of memorabillia from that business. later, bud
