I can't remember where I saw it, but there was an "all-in-one" seat. It looks like a pretty standard, but the back opens up and there is a
driver backrest that pulls out, and then a portable rack pulls down off the backrest. Does anybody remember where to find this? Does anybody have any
experience trying it out?

Sounds pretty nifty, something akin to an airliner armrest stored pad, but I have not seen one as you describe it.
