I like the idea of having a trunk. I had one on my old Goldwing.
The medium is 17 1/2 inches wide. Will the saddlebag lids clear? Or do they have to be twisted? Thanks, David |

I'm sure that you would have to flex them a little, but with the 22" wide trunk I previously had I could still flex the lids enough to get them open.
That is until I modified the trunk mount later. I mounted the trunk a little further back to gain more rear seat room for my SO and that helped also. I would
think that the rounded corners of these trunks would help with the lid clearances some, also. Just speculations on my part.
