Hello, my friends! We had a tough 2007 as I was unemployed for most of the year. It took me a long time to get over the reorganization of my division of Kodak
and not finding a place in the "lifeboat" so to speak. I am now a Major Account Executive with IKON Office Solutions. We offer document management
solutions for companies to reduce waste and paper output in large corporations.
Nancy is doing fine and she is back to work as we are now empty-nesters. Our youngest son, Matt, is attending Ohio University. Our oldest son, Dan, is serving with the 101st Airborne Division in Afghanistan. He is the executive officer of Easy Co., 2 Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment. The company is designated an historic unit as this is the same company featured in "Band of Brothers". They will be entering combat soon against the Taliban. Please pray for the safe return of all our troops that go in harm's way. I have a separate topic I will post after I finish this one.
I'm keeping Dan's 2005 Honda 919 Hornet in running order and ready for his return and riding my "T" regularly now that the weather has broken here in Ohio. Man, is that 919 FAST!!!! Whenever I ride it I feel like a kid again.
