How is everyone attaching there chrome visors to there headlights? The instructions I got with the Show Chrome one I order said to run a bead of silicone on
the inside lip to hold it in place. I am not sure that will be strong enough with the wind and vibration? Any other suggestions.

Silicone works. There is enough spring in the visor to hold it in place on it's own. The silicone just keeps it from vibrating.

My visor only fits snug in there when I have the shims that the instructions call for in place. If I take them out the visor falls out on it's own.
Maybe I need to "shape" it a little to attain the correct fit. If Stan says it works then I will trust the "Stan"!!! Thanks for the imput
