HSATF Tail Gunner Posts: 257 04/22/08 8:08 AM	Tags : None Well, I guess since she's pretty much complete (except for tweaking the seat rail, adding floorboards and installing the Kury ISO grips and...), it's time to post a pic of the Jasmine Wind (a.k.a. "Matty"). I've owned many bikes over the years, but this girl is the absolute BEST. Great for both in-town and highway, has plenty of torque when I need it, and slow speed manuevering is a breeze. What the heck am I telling YOU guys for? You all know the T is the best bike ever made on this planet! Here's before (July, 2007) and after (April, 2008). See you on the road! (BTW, I loved your shot of Pictured Rocks in your recent blog post - I went beyond the fenceline there, and climbed up and SAT on that tall rock years ago, ignoring my bandmates pleas. When I was writing about the experience in my book, I found out that the part I sat on has since slid into the water!! It is a gorgeous place to walk around, but dang, that water turns your toes BLUE from the cold, even in August.) Fred, I am going to try like heck to make it to the rally this year. We've got a number of obligations this summer and fall, so we'll see if John can finagle (SP?) time off. It sure would be great to meet all you fine folks in person! HSATF Member Posts: 20 04/27/08 7:31 PM	hey dawn what a beautiful bike!! you most certainly will have alot of people hangin around your bike when parked?? its so nice when your bike has that personal touch that shows who is riding her....you are very talented! by the way I was looking around the forum and found your post about the T bags...I ordered some..what a cool idea! just open the hard bag and pull out the stuff! cool..and I do remember seeing something about the forum shirts, I wanted to get one but cant remember where I saw the info?? could you let me know how to get one. I am loving my new T, I havent gotten any pics yet but will try and get my daughter to take some and help me post them. I am trying to figure out a few sounds I'm hearing from the bike and hoping its either normal or nothing serious? you were right though dawn, the bike is so comfy and handles like a dream. I really like the blue but If I can afford it down the road I would like to paint it the jade color only with some personal touches!! I just love the bike in that color but I havent seen one yet that hasnt looked very sharp no matter what the color! thats really cool how you have documented your customizing so we can all enjoy the transformation!! tell your husband to get one! the only thing better than a shadow T is 2 shadow T's......right.....your friend gary.....skidro
