Speaking of flies .... another research project determined that although birds can fly, a fly can't bird. Now that was a new factoid for me!

I didn't get a chance to use the urinals when I flew thru Amsterdam. I had to run across the airport to catch my next plane.

What does that mean?? Is there a trail across the airport now?? That might be the real reason why the floors are so clean, nobody uses the bathrooms.

good one Putz... lol
I'll tell you one thing about flying. In other countries (I guess I'm talking about Europe and South America, since those I'm familiar with) they airlines still know how to take care of you. On the short flight from Brussles to Amsterdam (maybe a 40-50 minute flight) everyone on the flight got a glass of OJ or water before take off, and during the flight got another drink and a "cookie". Not to mention, the flight attendants were friendly and courteous. Can't find that here anymore. In Brazil, the local airline from Rio to Belo Horizonte, we got a piece of candy before take off, and during the approximately 1 hour flight we got a hot sandwich and a drink service. No more customer service in this country. Wait, maybe this should be under the Rant's section. Sorry for that.

warm coke and threw a bag of nuts at me. Can you count 7 peanuts as a bag of nuts?
