Manual only says that the charge current is at 1.6A max. on bikes before '00

GA,
I don't know that anybody here knows for sure what size the T's alternator is, but we do know that the T has a 30 amp main fuse which leads us to believe the alternator must be less than 14 volts times 30 amps or less than 420 watts. I have seen numbers in previous posts that the T's alternator is somewhere between 320W and 380W.
